2. Returns and Refunds

Since we work with perishable products, returns of delivered bouquets are not accepted. However, if your order arrives in poor condition, please contact us within 24 hours with photos of the product, and we will arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Delivery Area: We only deliver within Barcelona city.
Delivery Time: Orders are delivered within 24 hours from the time of purchase.
